  • Bank never asks customers their passwords, one-time codes, payment cards, PIN codes, CVV2, etc. in e-mails, SMS or by telephone;
  • The Bank does not require entry into «Internet-Bank» to enter the card number, PIN number, CVV2 code or key word. To log in, «Internet bank» is used only username and password. To confirm the operation required only a one-time code, which came in an SMS message.
